Description
Join us for an informative Lunch and Learn focused on practical approaches to return-to-work programs in the trucking industry. This session will explore how employers can support injured employees when light-duty options are not available in-house, while maintaining productivity, connection, and momentum.
Angela Fulgieri of ReEmployAbility will provide real-world examples of how nonprofit-based, temporary work placements can support injured employees during recovery. The discussion will focus on the broader benefits of these types of programs, including improved recovery timelines, reduced claim costs, and stronger workforce retention.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of how these programs work in practice, why they matter for both employers and employees, and how companies of all sizes can build more effective return-to-work strategies.
This session is designed to provide practical insight and real-world context for trucking professionals looking to strengthen their approach to workforce recovery and continuity.
